The Metropolitan Ballroom is surrounded by spectacular views of Lake Ontario and the Toronto skyline seen through magnificent 30 foot floor-to-ceiling windows. Your guests can enjoy cocktails in the private mezzanine overlooking the ballroom. The ballroom's contemporary elegance will captivate your guests.

The Trillium Ballroom is encompassed by floor to ceiling windows with captivating views framed by luxurious drapery. Guests will enjoy the private cocktail area by the welcoming bar prior to dinner.
Maximum seated capacity: 170 people.


The Skyline Room provides the perfect environment for more intimate events. Your guests will be impressed with the spectacular views of the city skyline.
Maximum seated capacity: 100 people.


The Lakeview Room offers wonderful views of Lake Ontario. With contemporary décor and floor-to-ceiling windows this room is perfect for that special event.

Policies and Procedures

Contract Each event is issued a Function Agreement which outlines the per person price, rental charges, applicable taxes, service charge and terms and conditions. The individuals noted on the agreement must sign and returned the agreement to Atlantis within 48 hours.

Deposit A deposit, as outlined in the Function Agreement, is due upon signing the function agreement in order to confirm the booking. Any items, which are added to the function agreement after the initial booking, must be confirmed in writing by the convenor to Atlantis and will be added to the final invoice.


Forms of Payment All prices reflect a 4% cash/cheque discount. Should another form of payment be used an additional 4% will be applied to the amount.

Event Set Up Banquet room decorating/set up may commence 2 hours prior to the event start time stated on the Function Agreement.

Deliveries Deliveries are only accepted on the day of the event. Transportation units such as dollies, carts, etc. must be provided by the convenor. All deliveries are to be made via the West Entrance of Ontario Place. Please refer to the map enclosed. Delivery personnel must check in with Ontario Place security, as parking time is limited,. Ontario Place security requires all delivery drivers to leave their keys with the security office.

Event Tear Down Event tear down must be completed within two hours after the event end time. All contractors must remove their equipment by this time. If tear down runs later, the convenor will be billed for the additional time. Atlantis will not be responsible for items left behind. All signs, posters and other décor must be free standing, displayed on easels or attached to the walls only with putty adhesive. All damages will be billed to the convenor.

Waste If the event space is left with excessive/debris in the room after the event, Atlantis housekeeping clean up charge of $300 will be billed to the convenor.

Event Guest Arrival Times Guest arrival times are pre-determined by the convenor and the Atlantis sales department.

Event Termination Time All events must terminate at the time specified on the Function Agreement.

Sound & Lighting Technician When booking the Metropolitan Ballroom a mandatory technician charge applies.

Screen Rental (optional) Includes the cost of projector and the screen. Client to provide laptop or media playing device.
